Christmas Returns Policy

 

For Christmas gift purchases made from the 1st December 2022 right up until Christmas Eve, we are pleased to provide you with an extension on returns until Sunday 1st February 2023, or 30 days from the date of purchase (whichever is later) to exchange or return your items as long as all other return conditions are met.

 

Standard Refund & Exchange Policy

 

Unlike our Chirpy & Quirky Styled Bags Designs, our refund and exchange policy are simple and straightforward !
Please ensure following conditions are met before you contact us for a refund/exchange :

• The item has not been used and is in original condition as purchased, including all packaging with original tags and labels attached.
• The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Purchases done via NSW Back2School cannot be refunded but can only be exchanged. However LittleCuckoo staff owns the discretion for taking a decision over exchange.

Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
